Edward Kupaza
Founder and a professional chef for 20+ years. Trained by Catercraft in Zimbabwe as a in house apprentice, then went on to become Assistant-chef, Comis chef, Junior chef to Senior chef.

After moving to the UK In 2002 he worked with Marks and Spencer head office as the senior chef for a 1yr+. After 2006 Tawana catering started in the UK and since been going for 11 years in the UK.

 Sharon Kupaza
Co founder/comis chef trained by Edward and she is also the admin for the company. 
Shumirayishe Kupaza
Editor/ assitant chef. She is the editor and photographer of Tawana catering and Currently studying Hospitality and business managment at university also a chef in training. She owns her own food blog.
